about
F**k the “END OF THE WORLD”!
I just released my new punk disco song that’s basically a rant about how fed up I’m with how bad I should feel about the world.
I feel this constant social push that I need to be sad, angry and serious.
Yeah I get it, things suck, but I have the right to enjoy my life, and I don’t want to feel ashamed of it. I don’t know what bad news will come tomorrow but I’m sick of having to worry about it.
lyrics
Oooooooh
‘Cause it’s the end of the world
Everybody get up
‘Cause it’s the end of the world
Everybody get up
No job no money
I’m livin’ it up
Does it matter if I know
How we’re gonna be hit?
Don’t wanna feel everyday
Like I bottle it in
I’m not OK, I gotta say
And I don’t cover it up
It’s hard to know what to show
But there’s a power in us
And all they say is that I’m crazy
‘Cause I do what I want
Nananana naa naa naa
Oooooooh
‘Cause it’s the end of the world
everybody get up
Oooooooh
‘Cause it’s the end of the world
everybody get up
When it’s the end of the world
everybody get up
Well It’s a lie, don’t believe
That we’re all outta luck
Let’s not pretend that they care
Enough to want you to know!
Why you’re the one getting told:
You gotta go gotta go!
They say the world’s gotta burn
Like we don’t suffer at all
I wanna show everybody it’s impossibly wrong
But all they say is that I’m crazy
‘Cause I do what I want
Nananana naa naa naa
Oooooooh
‘Cause it’s the end of the world
everybody get up
Oooooooh
‘Cause it’s the end of the world
everybody get up
They say the world’s gotta burn
Like we don’t suffer at all
I wanna show everybody it’s impossibly wrong
But all they say is that I’m crazy
‘Cause I do what I want
Nananana naa naa naa
Oooooooh
‘Cause it’s the end of the world
everybody get up
Oooooooh
‘Cause it’s the end of the world
everybody get up
